Jovani designs one shoulder short couture evenings dress. Asymmetrical neckline that is adorned with three tiers of ruffles on shoulder strap through trim. Fitted bodice has slightly ruched fabric panning across, with covered buttons up the side of the dress. Hemline hits just a few inches above the knee.
