Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your kind help & for getting the dress over to us . This is Isabel wearing it during her Communion at Brentwood Cathedral during May . its stunning  & even though I'm biased being her Mummy , we had so many complements made about the dress  , even from the Clergy .

My dress arrived yesterday (sooner than I thought!) and is just
beautiful. I love the texture of the material, the design, and the
small amount of beading. Fortunately, it fits almost perfectly and
will need only minor alterations.

Shopping and buying a dress from Magic Moments has been a very
satisfactory experience. Thanks for the great customer service. I
would definitely recommend you to others.

Everyone who corresponded with me answered all the questions I asked.  
Everyone was very helpful with the information they provided.  You sent 
fabric samples when I requested them.  I was able to purchase extra 
fabric.

Thank you Magic Moments for all your help!  I couldn't find any other store or site that could help me find the dress I needed.  Most either hung up the phone on me or didn't even care to try.  Magic Moments took the time to work with the manufacturer and find my dress for me.  They saved the day!  Not only that, but my dress wasn't supposed to arrive at their New York store for about 2 weeks after I ordered it and then it would be shipped to me but, I received my dress 5 days after I puchased it on their site!  Quick, helpful, and caring service!  Thank you so much!!!! - Sherri

Dear Magic Moments,
We received my daughter's dress and it is absolutely beautiful, she loves it! I also wanted to thank you for telling me to order the large size because the dress was waist sensitive, you were correct.

We went to have the dress altered yesterday and the seamstress said the dress was well made and that you gave good advice. She said it was much easier to take in the dress that it would have been to let it out.

It was a pleasure dealing with your company. Your customer service has been very helpful. I have younger twin daughters and when the time comes to order their prom dresses, I will surely keep Magic Moments in mind. Thank you for your kindness and great service.
